Marlo, Trish, Glenna and Arlo Johnson are traveling through North & South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky in this approximate time period: July 23-August 6, 2010. The ultimate of the journey will take us to Lincoln City, Indiana to view a dramatic presentation of Abraham Lincoln's 14 years in Indiana at the Lincoln Amphitheatre (located near Evansville, Indiana. Then we will travel a short distance to Elizabethtown and Hogenville, Kentucky to visit the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial. Hogenville is the modern site of Knob Creek, Kentucky.

En Route we will make the following connections: 1. We will be in Omaha July 26-28 (our contact there will be John and Virginia Tynan at 402-553-4630). 2. We will meet with relatives of Harry Johnson in DesMoines July 27. 3. We would like to meet with a Lincoln descendant that I made contact with through this blog some months ago, Vanhoosier lives in Jasper, Indiana about twenty miles north of Lincoln City, Indiana. Following the completion of this trip, I will give a full report, in place of this information.
